Thanks for choosing Jazzmatized Hair for all of your personal hair needs! We are dedicated to providing a pleasurable hair experience. Our main goal is to provide the highest level of customer service to each guest, thereby establishing a long lasting relationship of trust and commitment.
In order to secure an appointment a(percentage) or (deposit) will be required when booking. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
The remaining balance is due in CASH. There is a strict CASH ONLY policy when checking out for your appointment. CASH APP WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED! CASH ONLY!!!
Late Policy
-Here at Jazzmatized Hair we understand unexpected things may come up, therefore we allow a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes there will be a $15 late fee added to the service charge. After 25 minutes we have the right to cancel the appointment and charge the cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
-Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of appointment time will be charged a 50% fee of the service price.
-All rescheduled appointments must be done within 48 hours of the previously scheduled appointment. If I have to reschedule the appointment for you it must be done within 3 business days. There will be a $15 rescheduling charge if the appointment is within 4-7 business days. Anything further out will need to be cancelled and a new appointment MUST be booked!
-No call, no shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
-Appointments booked by me will require an additional $15 fee. (This means I did not have a slot for you on my scheduler but I was able to fit you in.)
Service Policy
-Services can ONLY be ADDED ON. Please understand if you downgrade a service the price for the service booked will be charged!
-Kids are NOT allowed in the salon unless getting serviced.
